Hi Michelle! I started watching your program about three weeks ago and love working out with you and the girls in the morning, it's been a great way to jump start my day and get back in shape. I'm 45 years young and have started to gain weight in my mid section not to mention trying to tone up the baby belly for years. I noticed a difference right away not only in my physical health but also in my mental health. I love the messages you send out and listen to them very carefully you hit the nail on the head pretty much every time. I do have a question for you - is it best to eat before a workout? I've been doing the workout with you then having something low fat and healthy to eat. Does it matter?
