7 Easy Healthy Meals To Prep This Week

Life is busy, isn't it? We want to eat healthy, be more aware of what we put in our bodies, set a good example for those around us but as our world whizzes by us at a fast pace, we can easily feel overwhelmed with how to keep up with it all and prepare healthy meals for ourselves and our family.

I can't help you get more time in your day but I can show you how to leverage an hour and fifteen minutes of your day to prepare and stock your fridge with 7 healthy meals. I had so much fun cooking live with my Facebook community and now want to share all the details with you too!

Below you will find a shopping list, menu plan and full recording so we can have some fun cooking together. I can be a bit of a faster talker and mover so don't get overwhelmed, just push pause if you need to or back it up. That is the beauty of watching a recording!
