This is a tough one but it's super efficient. You will do 8 exercises. Each exercise will be done for about 30 seconds. Once we go through all 8 exercises we do it again. Total workout is only 8 minutes. I suggest doing this workout on days when you are short on time.
I'm not saying you only need to exercise for 8 minutes a day but this quick, intense workout will get improve you attitude and give you a blast of energy! This is an intermediate to advance exercise routine. Make sure to make adjustments if you need to.
