DAY 21 – Inspirational Message

As we age ou risk of falling goes up. For many elderly, a fall can lea to more serious issues. Let’s do all we can to prevent a fall. Commit to work on fast twitch, core & balance exercises. If you spend just 45 minutes a week on these exercises you will reduce your fall risk!!

Something to Think About

Again, we come back to the idea of giving God the glory rather than ourselves. Everything we have done and will do in the future is only because of the gifts He has given us and the way He is using our lives to change this world. If you are tempted to take credit for what you have done, remember who has allowed you to do it in the first place!
