"We are to use our whole body to do what is right for the glory of God." Romans 6:13. This verse is such a great reminder that we need to take proper care of our body.

Something to Think About

We are to stand before God ready and willing to do His will at any point. Part of that command is to have a physical body that is ready to engage in the battle when He calls us. Take care and be ready for the battle cry by being fit and healthy.
