DAY 11

Snacking can be beneficial to our health and support us on our journey to a healthy weight OR it can be the downfall of you eating plan. The big questions is "are you eating because you're hungry or some other reason?" The other question is what are you snacking on?? Here are some ideas for simple snacks that are quick, healthy and filling.

It's important that you pray and ask God for help and then trust Him. It's also important that you are willing to do your part. When it comes to your health journey do you feel you have a good balance between doing your part AND depending on His mighty power?
