Drinking water is essential for our physical health here on earth but drinking the living water that Jesus gives if we put our trust in Him is essential for our spiritual health and for the gift of eternal life.

Something to Think About

Regardless of how many other beverages you consume in a day, water is super important to your health. Make your goal to drink 64 oz of water every day. Tips for drinking more water: carry a refillable water bottle, say “no” to sodas and other soft drinks and ask for water instead.
