Make time to open your Bible and take a look at some of the promises God has offered you as a believer. You will be blown away!

Something to Think About

The general guideline for protein is .36 grams per pound of weight for an adult. So, for instance, a 130 pound woman should get about 47 grams of protein per day.What about protein powders? They can be loaded with sugar or sugar substitutes. We feel it is best to gain your protein through delicious, whole foods.
