One way to refresh your soul is by reading the Bible. Being in the Word will fill you with truth and wisdom and give you direction to face your day.

Something to Think About

In moderation, coffee is not bad for you. In fact, coffee can help guard against conditions more common in women, including Alzheimer’s disease and heart disease. Try to keep your consumption to less than 100mg of caffeine in a day. Where coffee turns unhealthy is what we put in it. Avoid flavored creamers and sweeteners.
