Something to Think About
While many factors may contribute to your painful knees or sore back, your diet may not be helping. The number one culprit: sugar. Sugar has been known to set off the inflammatory response in our bodies. Reduce your added sugar to 24g or less a day, and you may be amazed at how good you feel.
