Something to Think About
Whole fruits are the best, feel free to eat the fruit with the peel, but as with all foods use moderation (3 servings a day). We do recommend limiting the amount of juice you drink (even if it’s 100% juice) because it often has the fiber removed. When drinking juice dilute it with water.

Menu Plan
Breakfast
- Green Smoothie
- 1 Slice Whole Wheat or Gluten Free Bread, 2 tsp. of Real Peanut or Almond Butter, 1/2 Banana
Dinner
- Chicken Margarita
- Sauteed Green Beans
- Roasted Potatoes (Dice potatoes, sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Cook in preheated 450° oven for 40 minutes
