Something to Think About

Our healthy diet shows up on our faces! Here are some tips to improving the look and health of your skin:

1. Water: hydration “fluffs” your collagen

2. Increase your orange and dark green vegetables

3. Intake Omega 3s (eating wild caught fish)

4. Increase antioxidants

5. Increase whole grains (which contain silica which is good for structure, strengthens collagen and elastin)

6. Avoid sugar & too much caffeine
