Life can be challenging and it is easy to feel overwhelmed by the struggles we face. As believers, we have a source of strength that goes far beyond our own abilities - we have God on our side! Lean on Him!

Something to Think About

The best way to properly fuel your body is from whole foods. God created amazing food that has the vitamins and nutrients we need to survive. Supplements can't replicate all of the nutrients and benefits of whole foods, such as fruits and vegetables. You likely don't need supplements if you're a healthy adult who eats a variety of foods, including fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, low-fat dairy products, lean meats and fish.
