The first thin you need to do is make sure you have fruits and vegetables in your house. Make grocery list and include all your favorites and maybe try a fruit and veggie that you've never had.
Smoothies are a great way to start the day. Vegetable soup and a salad for lunch gets you well on your way to meeting your goal. Finish up with a stir-fry loaded with vegetables and you'll more than meet your goal!
