Did you know that falls are the leading cause of fatal injury and the most common cause of nonfatal trauma-related hospital admissions among older adults? Falls result in more than 2.8 million injuries treated in emergency rooms annually, including over 800,000 hospitalizations and more than 27,000 deaths.

As we get older, our balance worsens and when we combine that with decreased muscle tone, it becomes a real recipe for an injury disaster if we aren't careful. These videos are specifically designed to help you improve your balance to prevent falls while strengthening the muscles needed to keep you safe and reduce serious injury if you do fall.
