- Email address – this allows us to contact you & connect you with your group
- Cell phone number – your small group and FW group leader may want to communicate by text. Don’t worry, your group leader will determine based on the group what works best -email or text.
- Best day for live events – please share if there is a day of the week that works best for you for live events(typically anywhere from 30- 90 min long)
- Best time for live events – we want to see the time of day that’s best for most of the people in 52 Strong – let us know what usually would work best for you!
- Your time zone – it helps us understand where everyone is located, and pick days and times that can accommodate most

Hi, I’m Michelle
I’m Michelle, the founder of Faithful Workouts and the mother of 3 super cool adult children, I’ve been married to Jeff for 30 years and I love my dogs! I eat really healthy about 80% of the time but still enjoy a glass of wine, great bread & french fries.
I love to cook, I don’t have six pack abs (never have), and sometimes I tell slightly embarrassing stories. I LOVE to laugh, and never take myself too seriously.
My desire is that Faithful Workouts helps you reach your goals physically, but even more importantly, I want you to know how loved you are by your Heavenly Father!
