Have you ever wanted to make your own healthy dressing? A great one to try is a lemon based vinaigrette. Instead of turning to the bottled lemon juice squeeze your own! A lemon squeezer is the best way to go about doing this. It's also great for making this healthy, warm drink. Pour 12 oz of hot water into a mug and add 1 tsp coconut oil, 1" slice of fresh ginger, and juice from 1/2 a lemon. Stir and when the coconut oil has melted it's ready to enjoy!
