Utilizing Farmer's Markets

As the seasons change, we approach our favorite season of all, farmer's markets! A lot of people don't utilize farmer's markets as they should. It's so great to get to know what really is in your food. It helps reassure that we are getting healthy ingredient to put into our bodies and that we are capable of treating our bodies as temples. There is something about the farmer's market environment that inspires us to try new healthy recipes. I'm sure you have heard this over and over but the better ingredients the better the taste! Better yet, they give us access to fresh produce. We load up on these to throw into summer dishes or make seasonal salads. Some of our favorites are listed below.
