Hi, I’m Michelle

I’m Michelle, the founder of Faithful Workouts and the mother of 3 super cool adult children, I’ve been married to Jeff for 30 years and I love my dogs! I eat really healthy about 80% of the time but, at times, I enjoy , great bread, a piece of dark chocolate & french fries.

I love to cook and specialize in quick, healthy meals. I don’t have six pack abs (never have) and sometimes I tell slightly embarrassing stories. I LOVE to laugh, and never take myself too seriously.

My desire is that Faithful Workouts helps you reach your weight loss and health goals, but even more importantly, I want you to know how loved you are by your Heavenly Father! I believe the Bible is God’s Love Letter to all of us and love sharing messages that He puts on my heart.
