How Yoga Can Improve Your Core Strength

Today we will be focusing on the power of yoga to build core strength. Often times when we focus on exercising our core we do specific movements targeted for that area but through the nature of yoga where we can slow our bodies down, we can actually learn how to properly use and engage our core muscles so that we are using them throughout the entire day and as a result, strengthening our entire core as a whole.

In these videos, we will show you specific core engaging exercises but you will also hear cues reminding you to successfully engage your core at all times. So put away the distractions and grab your mat for a workout that will help you tighten and strengthen every muscle in your core.
