Hi! I began my studies in Fitness and Wellness close to 40 years ago, earning a B.S. in Exercise Physiology and a Master’s of Science in Health and Wellness shortly after.
I have worked in various areas within the fitness industry including, Corporate Wellness, Fitness management, Personal Training, and group fitness. Group fitness for the last 40 years and Personal training for the last 14.
I love being outside and being active with my family and friends! Living in Colorado for over 40 years has helped build a love for everything this place has to offer. My husband and I enjoy Alpine and Nordic skiing, camping, mountain biking, hiking and floating all the rivers throughout the west.
I also love the study of Wellness and I love the study of the God’s Word, as well as being a Mentor Mom to young mothers, since being an empty nester for the last few years. One of my great loves is facilitating a small group women’s bible study for the last 15 years. What a gift this time of encouragement and digging deeper in God’s word has been to all of us!
God started to call me into the area of coaching about 2 years ago. Although with fitness and wellness, as well as nutrition, involves quite a bit of coaching, I felt the need to expand it into the area of the whole person.
My hope and desire is to bring my love for the Lord and my knowledge of fitness and wellness to people through one on one coaching. To truly help people Live Well, to the full measure of who God created all of us to be: buy renewing our minds, taking care of our whole body and well-being, and strengthening and growing in the Spirit.

I also am a certified sports Nutrition Specialist, and hold certifications with ACE, ACSM, AFAA with numerous specialty areas of study, including Functional Movement and Strength and Conditioning for older populations.
