Each day, there will be a written message, along with either a video message or meditation, plus a workout designed for all fitness levels. You’ll also find journal prompts in the video lessons, which I encourage you to take time to reflect on and answer thoughtfully. Your responses are completely private, and you can revisit or edit them anytime.
