It’s so awesome that you’re choosing to do this program with us because it takes a holistic approach to your health focusing on your mind, body, and spiritual well-being. It is called the 4 x 3 Challenge because we ask that you complete the 4 workouts provided, prepare and enjoy 4 healthy meals, read 4 Bible chapters, and do each for 3 weeks.

Please read the information below to help you get the most out of this program:

  • Feel free to do your 4 workouts on whichever days work best for you each week, and if you want to do more, please do!
  • For your meals, the challenge includes making 4 healthy recipes each week to help build your confidence in the kitchen. You can choose any recipes you’d like, but if you need inspiration, visit the recipe section on our website at Faithful Workouts Recipes. I’m sure you’ll find some you love! Be sure to “favorite” the recipes you want to make again so you can easily find them in the dashboard section of the website.
  • For the Bible reading, we’ve included chapters from our website’s Bible Reading Plan, but you’re welcome to choose different chapters and can read them in any order you would like. As long as you read 4 chapters each week, you can mark this goal as complete.
  • At the end of the 3 weeks, we have a journal questions space for you to write down whether you enjoyed the 4 healthy meals each week as well as to write down your favorite 4 things about YOU because learning to love yourself will positively impact all aspects of your life and help you to stay committed to your health. One woman once shared this with me, “I used to exercise because I hated my body, now I exercise because I love it!” Your answers will not be read by anyone else. You are beautifully and wonderfully made, and this journey celebrates that truth!

We are super excited for you to bring health to your body and soul over the next 3 weeks!
