Important Information Included So Please Read This Section
It’s so awesome that you’re choosing to do this program with us because it takes a holistic approach to your health focusing on your mind, body, and spiritual well-being. It is called the 4 x 3 Challenge because we ask that you complete the 4 workouts provided, prepare and enjoy 4 healthy meals, read 4 chapters of the Bible, and write 4 positive statements about yourself and to do each for 3 weeks.
Feel free to do your 4 workouts on whichever days work best for you each week and if you want to do more, please do! You can choose any 4 healthy recipes you’d like each week, but if you need inspiration, visit the recipe section on our website for ideas. For the Bible reading, we’ve included chapters from our website’s Bible Reading Plan, but you’re welcome to choose different chapters if you prefer. You can mark this goal complete as long as you read 4 chapters each week.
We ask that you write down 4 positive statements about yourself each week in the Journal Question section because learning to love yourself will positively impact all aspects of your life and help you to stay committed to your health. One woman once shared this with me, “I used to exercise because I hated my body, now I exercise because I love it!” Your answers will not be read by anyone else. You are beautifully and wonderfully made, and this journey celebrates that truth!
After you finish a workout or Bible chapter make sure to click on the “Mark Complete” button. After that head back to this main program page and then select what you want to do next. You can do the workouts and Bible chapters in any order you want on whichever days work best for you.
