• 2/3 cup olive or avocado oil
  • 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp lemon, lime or orange juice (fresh squeeze)
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (packed)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)


Place all ingredients in blender and run until smooth. I loved it over a mixed greens, tomatoes, onions and salmon.

My parent's love Bonefish Grill salads and asked me to try and make their dressing. I think it tastes just like it but not as sweet.
