Ingredients:
- 4 Cups Diced Turkey or Chicken Breast
- 1 Cup Diced Apples
- 1/3 Cup Dried Cranberries
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Cashews (or any other nut)
- 2/3 Cup Plain Yogurt (or substitute for dairy-free yogurt)
- 2 Tblsp Mayonaise (optional)
- 1 Tblsp Dried Tarragon or 1/3 Cup Fresh Tarragon
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together.
