Ingredients:

  • 4 Cups Diced Turkey or Chicken Breast
  • 1 Cup Diced Apples
  • 1/3 Cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Cashews (or any other nut)
  • 2/3 Cup Plain Yogurt (or substitute for dairy-free yogurt)
  • 2 Tblsp Mayonaise (optional)
  • 1 Tblsp Dried Tarragon or 1/3 Cup Fresh Tarragon

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together.
