You can eat this as a side salad. You can jazz up your meal by adding a scoop on this on top of grilled chicken or fish. AND you can add some diced chicken into the salad to make it a meal!

Ingredients

  • 1 Large Peeled and Diced Mango
  • 2 Large, Diced Avocado
  • 1 Large,, Diced Red Pepper
  • 1 Cup (Leaves Only) Cilantro
  • Juice of 1/2 a Lime
  • 1/2 Tsp. Chili Powder
  • 1/3 Cup Olive Oil

Directions

Add all ingredients in a bowl and gently stir.

Serves 6 side salads or 3 entree salads
