You can eat this as a side salad. You can jazz up your meal by adding a scoop on this on top of grilled chicken or fish. AND you can add some diced chicken into the salad to make it a meal!
- 1 Large Peeled and Diced Mango
- 2 Large, Diced Avocado
- 1 Large,, Diced Red Pepper
- 1 Cup (Leaves Only) Cilantro
- Juice of 1/2 a Lime
- 1/2 Tsp. Chili Powder
- 1/3 Cup Olive Oil
Add all ingredients in a bowl and gently stir.
Serves 6 side salads or 3 entree salads
