Ingredients:

  • 1/4 Cup Salsa
  • 1/4 Cup Plain Yogurt
  • 1 Tsp. Cumin
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Chopped Cilantro
  • Salt and Pepper To Taste

Directions:

Mix together salsa, yogurt, cumin, salt and pepper.  ingredients. Pour over chicken, vegetables, pasta and top with cilantro.

Makes enough for 2 servings.
