Tropical Oatmeal


  • 1/2 cup coconut milk, almond or regular milk
  • 1/2 cup organic, plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup organic oats
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (pineapple works great too)
  • ½ cup strawberries
  • 1 heaping tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut


Add all the ingredients (except  the shredded coconut)  into a large mason jar and stir well. Place overnight in the fridge. When ready to eat pour out 1/2 of the oatmeal into a bowl and you can eat it cold or you can warm in microwave. Top with shredded coconut. If you like a thinner oatmeal add additional milk.
