• 3/4 pound sashimi grade tuna steak, diced into small pieces
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • wasabi (to taste)


Pour half of soy sauce onto the thawed ahi tuna, and rub the wasabi all over the tuna. Next sprinkle the sesame seeds around the tuna to make a crust. Heat coconut oil in sauté pan on high heat. Next, sear the tuna in the pan by gentle placing the filet in the pan of coconut oil on high heat for about 30 seconds each side (you can cook it longer for less rare meat!)
