INGREDIENTS:
Crust
  • 1 cup walnuts or pecans
  • 2 tables cup melted coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cups oats
  • 1/3 cup flour (reserve about 1/2 cup for crumble on top)
  • 1 tblsp pure maple syrup
FillingĀ 
  • 4 apples, peeled, cut up and diced
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tblsp pure maple syrup

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat oven to 375 F.

Add coconut oil, butter, cinnamon, flour, and maple syrup into blender. Blend well, and scoop out of blender and knead. (add a tablespoon of water and knead again if necessary after blending). Spread 3/4 of dough into a baking pie dish. Add apples into the pie and drizzle maple syrup over the apples. Lastly, cover the pie with the rest of the dough and cook for 30 minutes.
