Cook rice/quinoa according to package. Mix together Miriam and soy sauce. Slice chicken breast in bite size pieces. Put pan over medium heat and add 1 tbsp sesame oil. When hot add chicken and cook for 3 min. then add bok choy and mushrooms. Cook for 3 min and flip. Turn down to low and cook 5 min or until chicken is just done. Place rice/quinoa in a bowl. Top with chicken, bok choy and mushrooms. Add shredded cabbage. Sprinkle with basil and avocado.
