Ingredients:

Dressing:

  • 1 Tblsp Honey
  • 2 Tsp Soy Sauce or Liquid Amino Acids (low sodium or gluten free soy sauce if necessary)
  • 1 Tblsp Sesame Oil (make sure brand of choice is gluten-free)
  • 1 Tblsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Tsp Grated Ginger

Salad:

  • 4 Cups Shredded Lettuce
  • 2 Cups Shredded Cabbage
  • 1 Cup Shredded Carrots
  • 1/2  Cup Diced Green Onion
  • 2 Chicken Breast, in Bite Size Piecee
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Fresh Basil

Directions:

Put all dressing ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Assemble all ingredients on 4 plates. Pour dressing over salad.
