Ingredients:
Dressing:
- 1 Tblsp Honey
- 2 Tsp Soy Sauce or Liquid Amino Acids (low sodium or gluten free soy sauce if necessary)
- 1 Tblsp Sesame Oil (make sure brand of choice is gluten-free)
- 1 Tblsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 Cup Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tsp Grated Ginger
Salad:
- 4 Cups Shredded Lettuce
- 2 Cups Shredded Cabbage
- 1 Cup Shredded Carrots
- 1/2 Â Cup Diced Green Onion
- 2 Chicken Breast, in Bite Size Piecee
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Fresh Basil
Directions:
Put all dressing ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Assemble all ingredients on 4 plates. Pour dressing over salad.Â
