• 1 tbs Sesame oil
  • 1 tbs minced ginger
  • 1 Green onion sliced
  • Bamboo Shoots sliced (1 small can, drained)
  • 1 tsp Hot chili oil
  • 32 oz Vegetable or Chicken Broth
  • Full bunch of bok choy
  • 5 oz fresh Shiitake mushrooms
  • 1/3 lb Ground beef
  • 2 Tbs Soy sauce


Put oil and ginger in a pot and place over medium heat. Cook for 2 minutes. Wash bok choy and cut into bite-size pieces. Add to pot and cook for 3 minutes. Slice green onion and shitake mushrooms and add to pot. Add broth, bamboos shoots, hot chili oil and soy sauce and simmer for 7-9 minutes. You can add siracha to spice it up to your taste. Enjoy!
