• 4 cups 1" thick sliced cauliflower
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tbs balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp dried marjoram (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 450°. Toss the cauliflower, oil, marjoram, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Spread on a large rimmed baking sheet and roast until starting to soften and brown on the bottom - about 15 - 20 minutes. Toss the cauliflower with balsamic and sprinkle with cheese. Return to the oven and roast until the cheese is melted and slightly browned.
