INGREDIENTS:
  • 3 ripe bananas (the riper the better!)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cup of Flour (almond, whole wheat or white)
  • 1/2 chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (or semi-sweet chocolate)
  • *can serve with a bit of your favorite nut butter on top

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat oven 375. Put all the ingredients into a blender or food processor, and blend well. Then, stir in the chocolate chunks and the pecans. Pour mixture into a greased 9x9 pan and baked for 20-25 minutes (use the toothpick test to tell when it's done).

Makes about 8-10 squares
