INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 tbsp BBQ sauce (be sure to look for sauces without a bunch of added sugar!)
  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 1 chicken breast, cooked and diced
  • 1 tbsp of diced red onion
  • 2 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro

INSTRUCTIONS:

Turn on a burner on your stove to low heat. Add the olive oil to a large pan (don't put your pan on the stove quite yet!). Rub your tortilla around in the pan on both sides to get olive oil on both sides of the tortilla. Cover the side of your tortilla that's facing you with BBQ sauce. Use a spoon to spread BBQ sauce evenly. On top of the sauce, add chicken, red onion, and cheese. Cover your pan and cook for 5-7 minutes on low heat so the cheese melts. Plate your pizza and top with some fresh cilantro. Enjoy!
