I just created this new recipe and when I had a few people taste it they said, "Best Cauliflower Ever" so that's what I am calling it.
1/4 head of cauliflower
2 tsp Sriracha Sauce
1 tsp Maple Syrup
2 tsp Soy Sauce or Liquid Aminos
2 tsp Sesame Oil (or oil of your choice)
Sesame Seeds & Cilantro (optional)
Preheat the oven to 400°. Cut cauliflower into bite sized pieces and put in a small baking pan. In a separate bowl/glass mix together sriracha, maple syrup, soy sauce and oil. Stir well and drizzle over cauliflower. Stir well. Put in oven and bake for 40 minutes or until browned. I recommend stirring the cauliflower 1/2 way through the cooking process. Remove and I suggest shaking a few sesame seeds over it and adding chopped cilantro. You can also cook this in your airfryer at 375° for about 18 minutes.
