• 1 package of wonton wrappers (found in the produce section)
  • 1 small wheel of brie cheese
  • low/no sugar, natural apricot spread


Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly oil a mini muffin tin. Press wonton wrappers into the tin to form a cup. Add a small chunk of brie and a dollop of apricot spread to each cup. Cook until the cheese is soft and the wonton is lightly browned. Serve.
