• 1 Head of Cabbage
  • 2 Cups Cooked Brown Rice
  • 1 Lb Lean Ground Beef or Turkey - cooked (substitute lentils for vegetarian)
  • 1 Small Onion, Diced
  • 1 15 oz. Can Tomato Puree
  • 2 Tsps Worcestershire Sauce


Preheat over to 325°. Cut out center stem of cabbage. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add cabbage head to pot. As it cooks gently separate leaves. In a bowl combine cooked rice, beef, and onion,  Stir togehter. Place about 1/2 cup of mixture in the center of each cabbage leaf and roll up tucking in the sides. Place in baking pan. Continue until you have used cabbage and meat mixture. Mix together tomato sauce and worcestershire sauce. Pour tomato sauce over cabbage rolls. Cover pan with foil and cook for 1 hour
