Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of cooked white fish (tilapia, cod, or halibut are best)
  • 1/3 cup of lime juice (about 4 limes)
  • 1/4 cup of diced tomato (seeds removed)
  • 1/4 cup of diced onion
  • 1/2 cup of cucumber
  • 1/3 cup cilantro* if you hate cilantro, then omit the cilantro
  • 1/2 cup avocado, chopped up
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Hot sauce optional

Directions:

Cook your white fish in a pan with a bit of oil or butter (don’t over cook - cook time will depend on type of fish you purchase). Put your fish into a big bowl and add in your lime juice, tomatoes,  chopped up avocado, onions, cucumbers, cilantro, salt and pepper and optional hot sauce. Enjoy
