Chia Bowl

Ingredients:
1/2 cup milk (any kind will work - I like coconut milk)
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (DF if needed)
1/4 cup whole chia seeds
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup blueberries
2 tbsp chopped pecans
2 tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut
Directions:
Put milk, yogurt, chia seeds and vanilla in large mason jar and shake really well. Place in fridge over night. Scoop into bowl and add your favorite toppings
