1 cup coconut milk

1 cup whole milk (can use almond)

½ cup whole chia seeds

1 tbsp pure maple syrup

2 cups sliced fresh fruit/berries

¼ cup chopped pecans

4 tbsp shredded coconut



Put milks, chia seeds and maple syrup in large mason jar and shake well. Place in fridge over night. Scoop into 4 bowls and add your favorite toppings
