Chia mixture

  • 4 tblsp chia seeds
  • 1 – 1 1/4 cups almond milk
  • 1 banana, sliced thinly
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • two pinches of cinnamon


Mix your chia seeds in your almond milk to a medium-sized pot. Cut up one banana into slices, and drop that into pot. Add in cinnamon and vanilla. Put into the stove and cook over medium-high heat and let simmer for about 10-15 minutes. You can eat it cold or hot. Enjoy!
