1 cup of chicken (diced and cooked)
1/2 cup roasted or cooked peppers
1/2 onions roasted or caramelized
1/2 zucchini cooked
1/2 cup of salsa (your choice)
You can either add all the ingredients together in a bowl to mix and then lay them into the tortilla, or you can do it buffet style and add each ingredient onto your tortilla one at a time! We recommend heating up all the ingredients (excluding the tortilla) in a sauce pan on medium high heat for a few minutes first before consuming.
