• 1 Jalapeño: stem and seeds removed
  • 1 Cup Cilantro: Packed
  • 2 Tblsp. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2/3 Cup Milk or Cashew Milk (you can use plain yogurt for a thicker sauce)
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste


Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  After you remove the stem and seeds from jalapeño, wrap it in foil and put in hot oven for 15 minutes. Put jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice and milk in blender and blend until smooth.
