Ingredients:

  • 1 Tblsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 Banana sliced in 1/2 lengthwise and then down the center
  • 1/8 Cup Orange Juice
  • 1/8 Cup Chopped Pecans, walnuts or Almonds

Directions:

Put oil in pan over medium heat. Once oil is melted and covers bottom of the pan and the bananas cut side down. Cook for approx. 2 min. and flip (banana should be browned before you flip it). Pour OJ over banans and add nuts. Cook for additional 2 min. or until bananas are soft. 

Serves: 1

Also great for dessert.
