Ingredients for Dip:

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 cup cilantro leaves and tender stems, lightly packed
  • 2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 avocado
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Ingredients for Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 cup cilantro leaves and tender stems, lightly packed
  • 2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup tablespoon water (adjust to make it consistency you want)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until pureed (you may need to stop and scrape down sides)
