Ingredients: 

6 dates

2 tbsp coconut oil

2/3 cup almond flour

1/4 cup peanut butter

2 tsp vanilla

1 tbsp maple syrup

Topping: 

1/3 cup chocolate chips (use dairy free if needed)

2 tsp peanut butter

1 tsp coconut oil

1 tsp vanilla

Directions: 

Cover dates with 2 tbsp hot water. Let sit for 10 min. Put dates and coconut oil in blender. Put in bowl and add flour, peanut butter, vanilla and syrup and stir. Put dough into bottom of 8” square glass pan.

Topping: In double boiler (pot over a pot with boiling water) add chocolate chips, peanut butter, coconut oil and vanilla. Stir over the boiling water until melted.
