- 1.5 cups of hot peppers
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/3 cup of red onion
- 2 tbsp of fresh, chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 tbsp oil
- salt to taste
First, chop up red peppers, onions, and garlic in food processor or blender. Mix. Add in cilantro and 1 tbsp of water and some salt (about 1/2 tsp). Blend until the consistency is more like a paste than and a sauce. This is a great hot sauce to add into some salsa, on top of some tacos or mixed in to some guacamole. Be careful though, it will be hot!
