  • Dried apricots (make sure they don’t have added sugar or sulfur dioxide)
  • Organic peanut butter (make sure there’s no added sugar).


Take a butter knife and spread some peanut butter over an apricot. Great for some quick energy and to help satisfy your hunger in a pinch!
